a training seminar in our company

On March 26th, we, Sino East Steel Enterprise Co.,Ltd. hold a training seminar together with Da de steel structure co., LTD., The theme of this traning is " real implementation", the purpose of this training we want to reach is to enhance our ability to execute, make our  company more and more stronger.

The lecturer of this training seminar is Fu Yongjun from holding group. The form of this meeting is interpretation combined with interaction. FuYongJun lecturer told us the real execution requires three kinds of thinkings:

1) Responsibility thinking: the key is managers should set a good example, example is better than perception. 

2) Achievement thinking: We should try our best to get the good result when the boss assigned to  some task.

3) The Wolf thinking: the survival of the fittest.

 At the end of this training meeting the lecturer also invites some workers of our two company to talk about their feelings and harvest. Actually this conference brings us a lot of harvest, greatly mobilized our positive working atmosphere. Make our each staff and leadership more profoundly reflect on ourselves, and then find out the shortcomings and correct them, and it can also improve the work efficiency , strengthen the company's team consciousness, also help the boss to strengthen administration, formulate a set of complete management system and so on. I believe that our company will getting stronger and stronger in the future!
